Paddy's Irish Whiskey - Tours?

Does anyone know if the Cork Distillery (where Paddy's is made) is open for tours? We'll be in Cork next month and would love to take a tour (probably on a Saturday). Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

The distillery has moved to Midleton, which is a small town 15 miles east of Cork city on N25.See details on www.irish-whiskey-trail.com/jameson/jameson.htm

Thanks very much, Ardfert. Have you actually taken the tour? Is it worth a side trip to Midleton? How is the gift shop?

I became a convert from jameson to paddy's last trip to ireland. Get your paddy's in ireland to take home because I can't find it (sacramento ca) and my liquor store man tells me they do not import it to the us.

My husband and I did the Distillery tour whilst on honeymoon staying at the Midleton Hotel (wonderful place would thoroughly recommend it). The tour was really good and my darling husband volunteered my services at the end of the tour for the whisky tasting. Wasnt too fussed on that part cos Im not a drinker but it was good fun and I was presented with a certificate and we were also given to beautiful boxed glasses as we were on honeymoon which made us feel extra special

Paddy's is our favorite Irish and it's really irking that it's not exported to the US. Fortunately, we have a friend that goes to Ireland every year and she'll often have a bottle at her house.
