P_M's Turkey pics
Hi all,
Here are a few of my favorite Turkey pics. http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v4...view=slideshow |
Oh no, I can't view the pictures!
I got a pop-up note, something about needing me to install a new Adobe Flash 10 or something. |
|
Yes, thank you!
Now, off to view Turkey. From first glance, they're terrific! |
Bravo, P_M ! =D> =D> =D>
Your new camera really showed off your talent and the beautiful scenery. Favorites: Topkapi - such intricate designs Ephesus Library (so huge!) Pergamon Pamukkale calcium cliffs (reminds me of Mammoth Hot Springs in Yellowstone - except there's no walking in the pools there) And the scenery on the balloon ride is unbelievably beautiful. All those cave dwellings, the spires, etc. Wonderful, wonderful! ((L)) |
Thank you swisshiker I'm glad you enjoyed my pics. :-)

Stunning pictures, P_M. Thank you so much for posting them. I loved, loved visiting many of the same places this summer. Unfortunately, I was unable to do the hot air balloon in Cappadocia. Now I know I must go back after seeing your pictures. What a thrill that must have been. Thank you for sharing with us!

Your pictures are wonderful. My husband and I are planning a trip toTurkey in about a year. I am convinced by your pics that this is a wonderful country with centuries of civilizations.

Thank you all.
lucy d, the hot air balloon ride was absolutely the highlight of the trip. I hope you will get a chance to do it some day. Nametaken, Turkey exceeds all expectations. Before I started planning this trip I had no idea just how much history was in Turkey, or how different Turkey is from one part to another. I hope you will visit Turkey, I think it's a place every world traveler should see. |
