Wonderful report P_M!! Loved every minute of it and I'll tell you that I have also seen "Ugly Naked Guy" in Paris. We were at Pere LaChaise when a man jumped out from between two monuments and flashed us. He turned and ran in horror when we commented on the "petit saucisse"!! My friend and I laughed until we cried!

Wonderful report, P M. Yes, you brought back many great memories of our last trip to Paris, and also a funny one.

We had "Rather Large Ugly Naked Woman" across the street from our hotel window and unfortunately she DID crouch down on the floor to find something one evening. She stayed down there an awfully long time and all we could figure is that maybe she lost a contact. We still wonder to this day what she was doing crouched on that floor, in the buff, for that long.

So, my DH and I got a good laugh at reading about YOUR "Naked Person."

PM, that is hilarious, you have made my day. I hope you showed this report to your father, I'm sure he would be so touched to see you saying such nice things about your family for all to read. And skating ON the Eiffel Tower, wow what a blast! Thanks for a very entertaining report.

Thank you all once again for your very kind words. People on this board have made my day so many times, I'm happy to have given you a good chuckle too.

I shouldn't be surprised by this, but based on some of your comments, there must be a lot of Ugly Naked People in Paris. But heck, it's free entertainment. To answer LoveItaly's question, no, they did not charge me extra for this unique view. Shall I e-mail the hotel and suggest adding this to the list of amenities on their web page?

I like the suggestion to show this report to Dad and Divina. I hope they know how I feel about them, but some things need to be said from time to time.

Ihave very few regrets in my life...

Last March my traveling companion and i saw Ugly Naked Man strolling late at night in a fashionable area of Paris. His stride was leisurely and determined. He neither looked left nor right...just proceeded forward without regard to his surroundings or the gawking of those who passed his way.

The regret?

That I didn't turn around and follow him to see what adventures he might encounter!

Maybe next time...

You're not going to believe this, but I've just gotten word that PETA is staging a protest against fur today. They will be standing nude on a street corner about a block or so from my office. Is there no escape--are the ugly naked people following me??

Geez, I hope you don't live in the NE or you're going to have frozen Ugly Naked Statues around all week!
