We spent a night in Rzeszów (Hotel Rzeszów, www.hotelrzesow.com.pl), got lucky with our timing (beer fest) had an excellent meal at Stary Browar Rzeszowski ( Stary Browar Rzeszowski)
and just enjoyed the atmosphere.
