Other Informative Forums for Info?

I check several on a regular basis but I would like to know of other travel forums that you go to for travel advice.

I go to:

www.tripadvisor.com
www.lonelyplanet.com
www.bootsnall.com
www.travellerspoint.com
www.ricksteves.com

If you have favorites, please post them here!

Thanks in advance!

Cheers!

Tamara

I find Tripadviser great for Italy and france as there are more lonely geektravellers per screen size...... good chasing site for quick short answers without the backslappers and egotrippers.

Great topic. Also check out www.airlinequality.com for travelers' info on airlines and airports.

Though not Europe related, www.lasvegasadvisor.com has a decent free forum. And hey, they do have Venice and Paris there! :D

You know, I'm actually starting to really peruse the tripadvisor.com Italy forums. There are a few interesting discussions, but what I like are the Italian regulars there from Rome and Milan who are giving out some really good insider information on restaurants and other topics. Like here, you can click on a screen name and pull up the previous posts under that name.

Slowtrav.com is a great overall forum for Italy.

www.virtualtourist.com is fantastic for both the forums and the members' travel tips. It also allows you to build, save and print or email your own personal travel guide to wherever you're going.

StCirq I love Delphi Forums. Too bad there isn't a decent general travel forum there. At least, not one that I've ever seen.
