To me a mug has a handle and a beaker doesn't.

I was just in England last week and of course I had to bring home some Typhoo Tea. My husband laughed when out of my suitcase was 1600 tea bags I guess you can tell I only drink tea.

I've heard of cups and mugs but not beakers (other than in science lessons at school).<BR><BR>It have never heard anyone use beaker though, not in my age group or older age groups.<BR><BR>Interesting though.<BR><BR>I am a mug girl myself.<BR><BR>
