As I understand with my new Orange 10 euro Prepaid SIM card I can make calls when I have local wi-fi but no Orange 4G signal. This works as I tried it with my cell in airplane mode connected to my Romanian apartment wi-fi. My two questions are first... if I am in a SEE country outside of Romania and only have wi-fi will Orange wi-fi calling still work, i.e. in France? Second...Can I make calls on Orange wi-fi in a non SEE country like Switzerland where Orange is not available? I’ve stopped at 5 Orange stores and got 5 different answers. Two stores had no clue what Orange wi-fi calling was. And yes I know now had I bought the 12 euro card I could make calls in Switzerland.
