Optical range carried at Chanel Rue Cambon?

I'm leaving for Paris in 3 days. I need new eyeglasses, I have selected a pair of Chanel frames that I love, and I am wondering if the Rue Cambon location carries Chanel's line of eyeglasses. I'd love to make this practical, and needed purchase, in such heady surroundings. I've been in the Rue Cambon location many times over the years, and have even purchased some sunglasses there, but have absolutely no recollection of whether or not the boutique carries the line of eyeglasses.

I don't think any Chanel boutique carries Chanel eyeglasses. Sunglasses, yes but I believe eyeglasses need professional fittings and prescription lenses.

I have never seen eye glasses at the rue Cambon location and not at Chanel boutiques here in the US.

Poppy, houses like Chanel give their name to eyeglasses
but only get paid for not selling them in their shops.
It's not just Chanel but all of the top designers.
You may find the same style with unknown designer
because, these factories make high end and low end
but different labels.

Grand Optical on the Champs Elysees had them recently.
Also, for something you won't find at home, Ines de la Fressange recommends Meyrowitz near the Place Vendome.
