Open pocketbook for London

I think you may get more responses if you let us know the kinds of things you LIKE to do. For instance, are you interested in history, art, seeing as much as possible in your one week, markets, up-scale shopping? Are you on a budget? Do you want to eat fine foods or find the greatest pub grub in London? Are you open to taking a trip outside of the city? It's hard to advise when we don't know anything about you.

Ask your hotel's concierge for the location of the nearest Knocking Shop. I find that it is a great way to both relieve tension caused by a long flight, as well as get to know some locals in a friendly environment.
