Open air marche in Arles

Been to the huge market in Arles several times, but THIS trip will place me in Arles mid-November. Is the market open year-round? I know that really monster market is held Saturday mornings. But there is also a smaller one on Thursday (?) Wednesday(?) Are those days year-round?
Also, I believe there are winter asparagus available there, I just don't remember. Are they white asparagus? Or purple? I would love to find some.

"The Arles Market in Provence is every Saturday during the whole year (though much smaller in winter) on Blvd des Lices. On Wednesdays, it is on boulevard Émile-Combes. The market runs from 8 am- 1 pm. "

Thank you! I found a lot of info on the markets but none that specifically indicated "year-round". I'll have a fresh croissant in your honor :)
