OPA SI Pass for Siena, Italy sites - Is it worth it?

Has anyone purchased the OPA SI pass while in Siena? Pros? Cons? Can I purchase it the day I arrive or do I need to reserve one online?

It's 12 euros for six sites and it's good for 3 days after the first time you punch it. It seems like a pretty good deal but I wanted some input on it.

Thanks!

I spent two nights in Siena, purchased the pass, and saw all the included sights.
For me it was worth the price since I did want to see all the different sights included. My trip report is in this link, with the days in Siena at Day 15:

I bought it when I arrived, but my visit to Siena was unplanned.

We spent 5 days in Siena last October. We had been to Siena before but wanted to re-visit some of the sights. We thought the passes were worthwhile (even with our repeats), and we bought the passes at the first of the covered sights.

You can purchase when you arrive. There's really no need for advance purchase.
