only carry-on/antibacterical wipes, chapstick, tide to go - OK not in quart baggie?

We are traveling with only carry-on (22" and shoulder bag). I know we can only take a quart bag with liquids. I have checked that TSA and Delta websites (airline traveling on) I am still not clear if some items are considered liquids. I am wondering about antibacterical wipes, tush wipes, tide to go, lipstick, chapstick? What has been your experience? Grazie

originally lipsticks, chapstick and wipes had to be in the baggie. Now solid "bullet-type" lipsticks/chapsticks, and wipes, can just be in carry on. Liquid/gel types of lip gloss/lip balms still go in the baggie.

As for the tide to go - if you mean the sort of pen thing filled w/ liquid stain remover - yes it goes in the baggie. But if you mean stain remover wipes - no.

But of course - individual screeners might still take the items. And in Europe - they have their own rules - not TSA.

Lipstick and chapstick go in the quart bag, others probably not.

I retract. I agree with jansj.

Mike - in the States solid lipsticks and chapstick no longer have to go in the quart bag.

Along the same lines - solid deodorants don't have to be in the bag, but liquid/roll-on types do.

MikeT: sorry - we were posting at the same time . . . .

thanks, folks this was very helpful! I will put all "wipes" and chapsticks in carry-on - very helpful!
