Online booking for Plitvice Lakes- up and running?
 

I'm trying to find whether bookings for Plitvice lakes are up and running yet. There was talk of timed entries being introduced for this year. I've done a fair bit of searching and can't see anything, does anyone know if things have changed or is it the same procedure as normal, I.e buy tickets when you arrive?

When are you going? As of now, you can still buy tickets at the park. There is talk of timed entries because there are too many people visiting but it looks like they have not got their act together yet.

I'll be there Sept 4th this year. I know we can get a free second day pass through the hotel, so I'm guessing we just buy the tickets at the entry gate.

Free second day pass? Is this if you stay in one of the park hotels?

Yes, I believe so. We are staying in one of the park hotels ( for better or for worse!!!)

That’s a good deal! Having two days is nice, in case it is cloudy one day.
