It's not that Galway is "not worth visiting", but in a short trip, if you are going for just one night, I would cut it out.

I think the idea of Dublin--Killarney--Dingle--Ennis sounds better. I like your relaxwd time in Dingle. the suggestion to visit the Blaskets is great. I loved my trip out there. It is one of the most special days I remember about the week I spent in Dingle on one of my trips.

Thank you all so much for your advice and insight! I revised the itinerary again and put a trip to Connemara back in. (It's hard to accommodate four people instead of two when making an itinerary!)
