One way transportation
 
I want to go from Dusseldorf to Munich, one way on a train. Can I buy such a pass or does it have to be one of those "4 day in 1 month" types of passes?

Why wouldn't you just buy a ticket between the two?

I could buy a ticket b/w Dusseldorf and Munich, but I have no idea where to find out about such a ticket in advance. I went to www.bahn.de to try to find out, but it's all in German! I've tried Virtual Tourist on the web as well.

Go back to the German rail site. In the left-hand column click on TIMETABLES, you will get an English page.
