One-night hotel stay in Amsterdam
 

My family will be winding up our Europe trip by flying from Venice to Amsterdam the day before having to fly from AMS to US. The sad part is that our flight gets into Amsterdam at 5pm and we will be leaving the next morning at 10am.

I am looking for hotel or B&b suggestions that will be easy back and forth from the airport and will also be located in an area where we might enjoy strolling and finding dinner in the evening.

Oh - and to top it off, it will be a Sunday evening.

How many of you are there and what is your price range?

There are 4 of us (family) so we either need a quad room or 2 rooms. Price range is less than $200 US. thanks!

Stay at the airport - there are three actually at Schiphol and plenty nearby. I wouldn't recommend the Yotel, and the Sheraton is probably too expensive, though you may get a good deal. Have a look at www.citizenmamsterdamairport.com.

You can then get a train into the city for the evening and back out to the hotel ready for your morning departure.
