One more Palazzo Duodo Venice Question

Sorry to bother you all again on the same topic. For those who booked Duodo through the website, did you all receive a badly translated email confirming what suite was free? My husband is a little worried because it's quite hard to follow and almost seems unintelligible at times. I just assumed they ran the Italian version through an internet translator. I would rather have received the Italian version if this is legit! :)

I think you have written to TA forum too ;-) Perhaps it's a sign you should stick with Casa Rezzonicco?

I think my husband must have written to the TA forum! :) Maybe it is a sign....

I'm not sure what you're asking here. By free do you mean "no charge" or "available"? Are you to pick as suite but don't understand which one is available?

"Available." Sorry to be confusing. It looks like one of the three suites is available but the english is ridiculous. Just wanted to know if others who had booked online received the same type of email, if this was normal.
