Go to any FNAC (Les Halles has a good one with fantastic one-hour photo service in the Forum des Halles on the lowest level) / Champs-Elysees down from Arc de Triomphe on the West side going towards Place de la Concorde by Metro George V / rue de Rennes by Metro Montparnasse-Bienvenue. The quality at the FNAC is excellent. You'll find many one-hour photo places. For consistent quality, I have always been very pleased with the FNAC and so will you.

FYI: a drugstore in France is a "pharmacie." They are not the same as drug stores in the USA where you can buy everything from makeup to Pepsi to laundry detergent. A French pharmacie supplies medicines (of course), toiletries (but not things like hair color), sometimes herbal teas. They would never offer photodeveloping services. Just something to remember.

Yep, there are plenty in the area around the Place Vendome. The ones recommended by the previous post-ers look like good choices too.
