One extra night in Paris, Venice, Florence or Rome

Hi everyone,

We are in the early stages of planning our Europe itinerary and will have one extra night and were wondering where you would recommend we spend it (this will be my first time in any of those cities and my husband has been to Paris before)

This is our draft itinerary so far:

Paris - 3 nights
Venice - 1 night
Florence - 3 nights
Rome - 4 nights

Thanks in advance :)

Venice

for two reasons

1) It takes a lot of time to change hotels, so I always stay at least 2 nights if possible rather than one night. With one night, you won't have a full day, just two partial days.

2) I love Venice.

Venice - for the same reasons ellenem mentioned. :)

Venice, same reasons as above...you need at least 2 nights to enjoy a location.
