One day tours of Selinunte from Palermo
We don't have a car but would like to visit Selinunte and Segesta. Do you know of a tour operator that has one day excursions to both or either of these cities? I've not been able to find any on Google.

Forget about Sugesta and I don't think that Selinuente is realy worthy. I suggest you should go to Agrigento and Taormina

gac pointed me to

http://www.compagniasicilianaturismo.it/

There's one to Segesta from Palermo.

Haven't been to Segesta, but thought Selinunte was awesome.

For Selinunte you might make it on ordinary service buse, changing at Castelvetrano. Worth checking - but it's a big site and you need some time there. I found it great as well.

You can visit both Segesta and Selinunte on your own (public transportation), and CST has a weekly day tour to Segesta which takes in Erice as well. For Selinunte, you need to connect in Castelvetrano, and you must go Monday through Saturday only. If you take the 11:00 a.m. Salemi Company bus to Castelvetrano, you'll be back in Palermo at 21:35 same day, and you'll have over five hours in Selinunte.

From Palermo to Segesta, there is also the Tarantola bus leaving Piazza Marina at 7:50 a.m. and returning from Segesta at 11:25 a.m. This would be cheaper than taking the CST day tour, and the schedule is good Monday through Saturday. You have about two hours in Segesta itself (plenty of time to see the Temple and the Theatre). There is a shuttle bus at Segesta which goes up the steep hill to the Theatre.
