One day in Taormina - what to do/see?

Our ship will dock in Taormina from 9 AM to6Pm - what do you suggest we see or do there with our time?

Hi Dol - Just wander the streets ... and enjoy the atmosphere of this lovely town.

Don't miss the Greek theatre; the view of sea and Mount Etna is unique.

Yes, do not miss the Greek theater. It's one of the very finest sights in Italy. Just wandering the streets could land you in the middle of high-end tourist stores mainly selling Swatch watches and other designer goods (or low end ones selling glow in the dark beads.

Wander the streets AND visit the Greek theatre because it is actually in town! Eat at a small Trattoria in a side street; buy a piece of ceramic at De Blasi(or any other store)!

How do I envy you!
