Paris1st,
Let me offer one more suggestion:
I never know whether others are early risers like me, but my early morning walks are among my favorite memories of Paris. Paris doesn't really "wake up" til after 8am.
I loved the softly lit monuments in the early morning darkness, the cafe owners hosing down glistening sidewalks, and the aroma wafting from patisseries.
If you're an early riser, treat yourself to a brisk walk before breakfast. You'll see a more intimate Paris than you see at other times of day.

If you have sunday available, would recommend the Sunday trip to Versailles with Fat Bike Tours. We had a wonderful time. A real highlight was the market where we got our picnic lunch. Fat Bike Tours is near the Eiffel tower. They have a night tour but it gets back late (1 a.m.?).

I wouldn't short-change your time in the Louvre. You never know when you'll have another chance to explore it, and it is one of the top "must see" spots on the planet. The last time I was in the Louvre, I said to Ms. Go, "You know, even if they took all the art off the walls...this would still be the most impressive place in town!"
Notre Dame and St. Chappelle are both nearby, easy to see, and don't take much time, so that would be a no-brainer for me.
My opinion on the Eiffel Tower: going up in it is probably not worth your very short time. Walk up to it, stand under it, take your pictures...then go elsewhere. Like Les Invalides.
Then find a cozy restaurant on the left bank or the Ile St. Louis and enjoy some escargots drenched in garlic butter.
