ONCE AGAIN BESTSTERN REGENT'S GARDEN PARIS
 
Please continue to help I feel that I want a more central location without a 12-14 minute walk to the metro. our fellow travellers have not liked any of my other choices, I like Hotel De La Bourdonnais, or a hotel with A/C & non-smoking rooms at about 130 Eur. Please give me all feedback pro & con

I'm a little confused. Are you getting this hotel for 130 euros? Or are you saying that's what want us to recommend?

It looks lovely and it's a nice neighborhood. But it's not where I'd want to stay. Too far off the beaten track and it's not covered with cafes/restaurants like the more central areas. (I'm generalizing, the hotel may be in a pocket with more choices). I just don't think you'll get the "feel" of Paris...that bustle that adds to its charm.

Also, when are you travelling? Seasonal rates vary a lot.

My feedback is to re-post your new question, leaving out the reference to the Best [Wes]tern Regent's Garden. That will only confuse people when what you want is suggestions for other hotels.
