Once again-another scavi tour question
 
A couple of weeks ago, I received a confirmation number and date for our tour in June and immediatelty faxed them my credit card information. However, I have yet to receive another confirmation stating they received payment. I emailed them asking if they got the payment, but no response.

Do I assume I have a reservation, or do I keep emailing them? (The email says they will confirm the payment.) It also says I only have 15 days to respond to keep the reservation and I'm now beyond that. Anyone else experience this??? Thanks!

I received a confirmation email after my deposit. Have you checked with your credit card company to see if the charge has gone through?

I rec'd confirmation in about a week after I sent them my CC info.

I too received my confirmation within a week. I would check to see if the payment went through or perhaps resend the information to them.

Thanks for the replies!! I just checked and no, they did not charge my credit card. So, I resent the information, hopefully it's not too late!!!

Hi, I also received the confirmation within a week. Check first your credit card, and do it fast because if for some reason your payment was lost, probably the reservation was cancelled. Hope everything turns out ok
