On a round trip JFK-Prague via Milan, if I drop a leg Prague - Milan, will I have trouble getting on in Milan, as a "no show" in Prague?

If anyone is familiar with these regulations and/or had recent experience, I would appreciate any information.
Many thanks,

don't totally understand your question as it's worded in the title.
But, if you skip a leg, then the rest of the itinerary is automatically cancelled. If you want to bail and don't need the last part of your flight, you can skip it -- they won't track you down for not making the return. But if you need to get back to JFK, you need to fly each segment as routed.
