Travelers to Greece: If anyone is going to visit Olympia and not planning to hire a guide, check out the free audio tour at www.elladaguides.com. It's an mp3 file that can go straight on your device, and a text version is also available.

I researched and recorded this tour after visiting the ruins at Olympia myself and realizing how little information is available at the site. The few signs provide pretty limited information and skip over many of the best stories.
