Older, Atmospheric Hotels = Cairo and Lisbon
 

I'm looking for older, probably a bit faded and a little quirky, hotels with tons of atmosphere in Cairo (and/or Alexandria)
and Lisbon. I'm thinking hotels that might have been expat hotels in 1900's. El Minzah in Tangiers in the style I'm looking for. Any ideas? Thanks.
