Adobe Acrobat Reader is used to view <b>.pdf</b> files, such as those found at

Thanks for staying with me on this.
I get a message that says &quot; The map file you are attempting to open was created with a more current version of Pocket Streets. For information on the latest release visit www.microsoft.com/pocketstreets.
I'm doing that and it offers me an update for the 2002 and 2004 versions. I an still tinkering but if you have advice, let er rip!!!!!!!

Your PSConvert didn't work. Try moving it into the directory your map files are in and running it from there.

Then download the maps to the PPC and try again.

I tried it again.Deleted and redownloaded. It said the files were successfully converted. I moved them onto the SD card but I still get the same error message

Hmmm. Wonder if the good folks at Microsoft changed the format so PSConvert won't work any more (when they weren't paying $150 million to Gateway for unfair trade practices, of course).

There is always the option to spend the $20 amazon gets for the program unless you know of other maps for Italy that are available. I have the latest Adobe reader now.
