MK: just a suggestion: don't book a flight on a carrier that allows smoking. <BR> <BR>seriously.

Gary: Add to your list of stupid announcements: Put your hand-held game, CD player, cell phone, or laptop in the off position. It must remain in the off position until you are well inside the terminal. Question: which position is the "off position" -- east to west? vertical? missionary? <BR> <BR>(I usually just turn it off and put in an any old position in my carryon -- thus defying authority in a way that Mythical Attendant Martha can't even see.)

To "hello": The real problem is carriers that "don't allow" smoking (that's all of them), but allow it anyway.

Thanks for the Votes Folks <BR>My vote goes for Cleanliness's Bidet survey, very funny! When my daughter was getting ready to go to France a few years ago I went online to try to find a bidet instructions site.... no go. So cleanliness's suggestions still make sense to me!
