Oia budget hotel with a pool
 

We are spending a couple of days in Oia, Santorini, in late July and are looking for a well priced place to stay that has a view of the caldera and a pool. Ideally we would like to keep it as cheap as possible. We have Thea Studios or Old Oia Houses in mind if we cannot find a place with a pool in that same price range (+/- 100 euros). Thinking Thea Studios if thats the case? Thoughts? Thanks for any help or suggestions!

There is no hotel in Oia with a pool and caldera view for €100 but you can stay at a hotel without the pool and go here: http://www.lioyerma.gr Admission is free if you buy food and/or drinks.

Walking to Lioyerma from Thea Studios takes about 20-30 minutes. From OOH it takes 10 minutes or less. By the time you walk back to Thea Studios in the scorching July heat you're going to need another swim!

Thanks brotherleelove for that info. If you were to make a recommendation for a hotel in that price range, which would you recommend, given your knowledge of the area and hotels? I see Maryloujohn Villas is also in our price range, is that anywhere near Lioyerma? Thanks again!

Maryloujohn Villas is in the same general area as Thea Studios.

Other than OOH and Thea Studios check Villa Kallisti and Casa Sofia. They're in the €100 range and are between OOH and Thea Studios. If you want to stay below €100 then go with Thea Studios or Maryloujohn.
