Off to France on Sunday
My husband and I are off to France on Sunday for 16 days...Can't Wait! We're staying in Nice, St. Remy and Paris.
I've gotten so much help and information from this site and promise to post our trip report once we get back.
Thanks again for all your help!

Diana,
We have trod your path many times. Some random suggestions:
Nice: Visit Ephuzzi (sp?) Rothschild mansion in nearby Villefranche. Beautiful gardens, elegant mansion site.
Have a glass of Sancerre as you look out over the harbor.
St. Remy: We have visited here for 13 straight years. Things we have enjoyed:
-The Wednesday outdoor market in St. Remy.
-Dine at La Maison which is in the Mas de Bournissac in nearby Paludes de Noves (sp.?)
Paris:
- Do not miss the Musee D'Orsay. When we were there in June the 5th floor impressionist wing was supplemented by a wonderful impressionist exhibit on the first floor.
-Dine at Le Pamphlet in the 4th Arrondissement, the Marais District; near Ile St. Louis (great place); Notre Dame.
Bon voyage!
Anthony
