We've been to 11 of the 44 locations mentioned, starting in 1972: Washington, DC (multiple visits), Berlin (2004), Las Vegas (multiple visits), Hawaii (multiple visits), Vienna (1972), Aegean Sea (1972), Chicago (multiple visits), Marrakesh (1980), Rome (1972, 1998), Copenhagen (1972), Red Sea (Egypt)(2008).

No, Airport transit count is cheating!! Still pretty impressive. I came up with only seven :(

20 here - possibly 21, but I'm really not sure if I've been to Buffalo. If I have been, it wasn't memorable.
