It's only so-so!

Yes, read it this morning. Aside from the over-the-top magnificence of the Alhambra, it was our least favorite city in Spain. Two nights provided plenty of time, as we had reserved a mid-day visit at the Palace, and drove the previous day from Ronda (and then departed for Marbella). Earlier itinerary included: Barcelona, Madrid, Cordoba, Sevilla.

I liked Granada more than Cordoba or Sevilla. Only tough part is it's so apart from the other Andalusian cities.

Also one of the places where the custom is one free tapa for each drink you order.

That should be "the article is only so-so!" Granada is great!

Most of those "36 hrs in ..." articles are lacking. They must send kid journalists who don't know the sites very well to report. Oh well. They should send you (or me) there to do the job.
