Nurnberg hotels for under $100
Help! I can't find a hotel for April 4th for one night. I need rooms for 6 adults and 3 children.
Any recommendations? TIA, Jackie |
We stayed at the Movenpick Hotel. It isn't in the historic center, as its right next to the airport (we used it when we had an early morning flight), but there is a metro stop at the airport that takes you to the historic center within about ten minutes. I believe, at the time we stayed there, the price was under $100 but that was with the two of us (DH and myself). You may have a hard time finding a hotel of that price for all 9 of you.
Good luck! We loved Nuremburg. Tracy |
I was thinking we would prob. need three rooms, but I am having a hard time finding them for under $100 per room. Their rooms are so much smaller than the ones in the states. We could get a two bedroom suite here and all stay fine.
Thanks for the help. Jackie |
I'm topping this with the hopes that someone else can help you out.
Do you have to stay in Nuremburg? Perhaps you could consider staying in Bamberg or another town close by? The hotel prices would probably be cheaper. Good luck! Tracy |
Go to www.hotel.de and search for rooms in Nuremberg (put in Nuremberg and you will get three choices, i.e., the convention center area, the airport and the city--pick the city). For the night of April 4 I found 5 hotels with rooms under $100 and a few just above the 100 euro mark.
You could also try www.accorhotels.com to see if they are running any specials at the Ibis near the train station; rooms there are normally in your budget. |
