Nuremberg Transportation?
 

It it posible to take the underground from Nerumberg( NUE) airport into the LeMeridian Hotel on Bohnstrasse St. I have two pieces of luggage. Would it be a great hassle and how far a walk would it be from the nearest underground station to the hotel?

If you do a search here from the Nurnberg Flughafen to Bahnhofstrasse 1 (that address must be what you mean, it is the only LeMeridian in Nurnberg) at the public transportation website:

it says that the trip is a 13 minute ride on the U-Bahn (U2 direction Rothenbach), followed by a 4 minute walk (a distance of 0,0 KM). Looks like the hotel is across the street from the station, and maybe directly at a U-Bahn entrance.

The hotel IS directly across a street from the Hbf and within site of it.

It's very easy.
At the airport follow signs for with the "U" logo for underground.
There is only one line that starts at the airport so you should have no problems to find a seat.
At Hauptbahnhof station you will get off.
Follow signs for tram 5/8.
Once you got on street level, you will see the Meridien hotel.
