The scenario: I am putting on my make-up and my dad knocks on the door.

D: Claire, you have to see this.

I emerge sans mascara or lipstick and head downstairs, following an overly-excited father. He sits me down at the family computer and enlarges the window.

I feel like these were around in the 80s, but perhaps I just imagined they were. I thought I might share with fodorites and see what you all think. And, to quote my father. . . "they even have one with sequins! Colored sequins!"

I do think the bike glove with zipper-case was around in the 80s, but the one finger clutch, I have not seen before. But 80s style is big for fall. Have you seen the leggings, skinny jeans and Flock of Seagulls hair that has been on the runway this spring?
Seems like it would make your palm to sweaty though.

Can you imagine going to a black tie event with one of these suckers on your finger? I can't imagine they are selling very well, but I could be wrong.

It seems like something I'd only use to run (maybe, but probably not). Maybe I can run with the fringed, flapper style just for fun.
