Thank you to everyone for the wonderful book suggestions. We just returned from Spain, and my husband and I did read The Seville Communion which we really enjoyed. However, my new favorite book is Shadow of the Wind. What a fabulous story. I have recommended it to all my friends. My son was studying in Barcelona for the summer, and I reluctently left my copy with him, which he finished in no time at all. He was staying with a Spanish family, and I also bought the Spanish version and gave it to them as a gift.
