Nova Auto car rental

Has anyone had issues with no response from Nova Auto? I submitted to their site a rental reservation with cc number etc, and have not received an email confirmation from them. I then emailed them with the quote number etc and still have not heard anything back. This has been since early January. Is this common with them? I chose them because they were recommended on this site and did prove to have the best rates. The reservation is for a car in England for April.

Thanks for any help you can give!

I haven't, but it sounds like you should make a phone call. Their number is on their website. The cost of the call will be worth if for your peace of mind.

Good luck!

kazzawary:

We have used Nova Auto for car rental in England and response was immediate. Once you confirm you should hear back from them within 2 working days. You need to print out the booking confirmation document and take with you when you pick up the car.

Agree with kaudrey make a phone call to sort this out. Please post back as to how things worked out.

I tried for a quote for a car in Austria and they emailed me (in early January, i.e. earlier this month) that they had not yet set their prices for 2004.

A practice I found somewhat bizarre, so I'm not giving them further consideration.

I finally got hold of Nova - I kept getting a message saying it wasn't business hours - no indication as to what their business hours were! Anyway, they told me that I had a confirmation, it had been emailed to me and my email address was correct. But, I know it never came through, and they were happy to fax it to me. I received within 5 minutes of getting off the phone! All turned out well, and thanks for the advice :)
