I saw that part of the square in front of Notre Dame has been reopened as well.

I thought I heard they weren't even going to start major reconstruction for another year or so, though. So for tourists, it will be a long long time until they can go inside. They need to really set their plans, for one thing.

None of the billionaires have coughed up a centime yet, it appears. I can understand to some extent with that much money for a donation, a foundation or person wants to be clear on the reconstruction plans, but still, seems they could give something just to start cleanup.
