I agree with Cathy on the Laguardia and Labastida suggestions. Not much to see in Logroño, unless you want to be in a bigger town. Also, San Vicente de la Sonsierra is worth a visit, and it´s close to those two towns. When in Bilbao, I´d profit one day for the town itself and the other day to visit the beautiful surroundings: Hanging Bridge of Portugalete (always a very pleasant unexpected surprise), Plentzia and the castle of Butrón, as well as the coast close to it (Getxo-where I live, worth a visit - and Aixerrota).
