Nordstrom Rack in Paris

I love to shop and Paris is a great city for this but very pricey. Has anyone found a store like Nordstrom Rack in Paris?

Paris, unlike North America doesn't have outlet dept stores. If you go to Paris the 2 large dept stores Printemps and Galerie Lafayette offer a 10% discount card, you need to show your passport and return airline ticket -as well if you spend a minimum amount you will get the taxes back.

The factory stores are usually in the towns/cities where a product is manufactured ie Charles David shoes would be in the Loire Valley. I am sure you find will some treasure or 2 to buy in Paris. If you go to your local book store look for a shopping book on Paris. Also do a web search - type in Paris discount shopping.

Bonne Chance!

Alas, I wish I could say "yes". I love Nordstrom Rack! You can try boutiques with discount designer, like L'Annex des Createurs (near Madeleine) or Mouton a 5 Pattes (more "bridge" than designer) on rue St Placide. The book Born to Shop Paris has lots of addresses. But nothing is as good as the original Filene's Basement...sigh.

I've heard about Val d'Europe, supposedly a huge shopping area, out near DisneyParis. It's supposed to have some discount designer stores, does anyone know anything about it?
