Non alcoholic wine in Italy - is it available?

My husband and I are non drinkers, but very much enjoy 'non' alcoholic wine. I am wondering if it's possible to get this in Italy, and what you would call it in Italian. I understand that wine is a big thing there, and we do not want to offend by our preference, but if anyone can help with some information on I suppose what would be called 'new wine', we would very much appreciate it... Thanks for help...

Wouldn't freshly harvested grape juice be the same? Perhaps with a little sparkle in it? Interesting thought....
