When they say he's "only dressed from the waist up", they're obviously talking about the Disney Pooh. The superior A.A. Milne Pooh isn't clothed at all, and he doesn't have that idiotic grin on his face.

Since when do illustrated animals in chidren's books even have discernible gender - never mind genitalia.
