I actually used my Bank of America Mastercard on our trip to Spain & Portugal last year and did not get any charges. I called Bank of America today and was told that if you are a Premier client or Private Bank client, you do not have a conversion fee on your credit cards.(The first person I talked to told me there was a fee, but I asked her to check further on different plans).
