No answer at the Spanair center telephone - volcano situation closure?

I've been trying for the past 2 days to telephone the Spanair center on their number (34)902131415 in order to try to cancel a flight, but there has been no answer.

Does anyone know whether their system is down due to the volcano situation?

Many thanks.

Just because the airport is closed doesn't mean their centre is - it may be overloaded, but I doubt it is down completely.

Spanair posted info on their website.

No need to call them to cancel - you have 1mo to request reimbursement.
