No Androuet - where now?

Many years back I had a fabulous dinner at Androuet which is now closed. Where is the best place in Paris where the emphasis is on cheese?

Here's one: http://www.geobeats.com/video/aca43a/cheese-restaurant
a web search might yield others.

Thanks but I am looking for something more up market - not a place which specializes in fondue. Androuet is a Maître Fromager!

Anyone else has a recommendation?

Certainly L'Ambassade d'Auvergne emphasizes its own cheese tradition, deliciously.

I think that was sort of a gimmicky thing and their main business is selling cheese, they still have shops that sell it. But designing a menu around cheese was the gimmick. Because there are lots of restaurants which will have good cheeses to serve you as a cheese course or plate, if you want.

And actually, a menu with so much cheese is really not that appealing to many people, anyway, cheese should be eaten in small doses due to its extremely high fat and cholesterol content. that's why in France you don't usually partake of both a cheese course and dessert, it is one or the other.
