Night time

I will be in Italy on June 23. Can anyone tell me what time sunset is there at that time of the year? Is there any danger in walking around town at night? Grazie

Eric,
I found Rome and Venice as good or better after dark as during the day. Rome, especially, is lively and exciting at night.

I would expect sunset around 8:45 or so time of year.

Go to www.weather.com, look up your Italian city or almost any city in the world, click "averages and records", go to month of the year, and day of the month. You will find sunup, sundown, as well as high & low & temperatures. For June 23 sunup/sundown for Venice is 5;23am/9.04pm, Florence 5:34am/9:01pm, and Rome 5:37am/8:50pm.
I was in Venice and Florence in May, stayed out till 11 pm, and felt perfectly safe 24 hours per day.
