nice to paris
 

We're planning to drive from nice to paris. Any one with suggestion where to also visit between nice & paris? Thanks in advance.

Lots of ideas. How many places do you want to stop and how many nights do you have? More than 75 or so???

Seriously, what are we talking about here -- having two or three days to make the journey or several weeks?

What are you interested in seeing? It's hard to make recommendations without knowing your interests, as there is prime sightseeing all the way.

We have 3 days to travel from nice to paris we love everything about traveling so we have intrest for everything :)

Wow, so many choices. OK, I'll play.

I'd head west out of Nice and spend the first day visiting some villages of Provence and spend the night in St. Remy or possibly on into Avignon for the night. Then I'd head north to Annecy the next day and spend the night there or maybe on to Chamonix and spend the night in the shadow of Mount Blanc. Next day I'd head over to Beaune and visit the sights there, after a lunch stop at Chalon-sur-mer.
If possible I'd spend that last night in Beaune before heading the fast route into Paris.
