my friend tell me that area is nice place for take holiday in england, but I don't know. I like to be at the beach for my holiday so I looking at boston I think.
I heard the food is good there, special the english sausage, I like those very much! And english fish and chip
I am not very rich, so not very expensive hotel please
thank you - ciao!

Boston is 30 miles from Grantham. It is a few miles inland from the coast and that area isn't a beach holiday as the coast is salt marsh and mud. The nearest recognisable holiday resort with lots of sand is Skegness, 50 miles away. This is very much a traditional holiday resort and may not be quite what you are expecting.
I think you may need to book accommodation near where your friend is getting married and then move to a beach for the rest of your holiday.
Rather than a hotel near Grantham, you could always try and find a Bed and Breakfast as these are cheaper than hotels, especially if there is just one of you. You will be given a good breakfast, including sausage. Some provide an evening meal. If not they can recommend places to eat locally - usually a pub.
Where exactly is the wedding.
What is your budget?

500 euros is about 365 pounds. That's a pretty tight budget for travel, accommodation and food. How long are you planning to stay?
You could consider a hostel http://www.yha.org.uk
