Good morning ucsun, that is a good site. Thanks for posting this information.

I dunno... on an initial test drive, I give it a C+/D-

Real world info-seeking scenario...

My wife and I are going to Cape Cod for tomorrow/Thu/Fri - - and then plan to spend a single (short) day in Newport (RI)... a place I vaguely know anything about... but wanted a good overview, and some specific advice on how to make the most of a short visit.

See http://www.fodors.com/forums/threads...p;tid=34826294

I thought that the Destinations page of Fodors.com was not as helpful as I had hoped - - but the corresponding travel.Yahoo.com page is even way less useful.

Fodors, at least, makes up for "hiding" away some of its info from the most obvious place... their "If you have three days..." (they tell you to leave aftr a day and a half) - - by having the message board, and the community of Fodorites to make my search for sound information solid.

I can't see that Yahoo holds a candle, even without the Fodors message board - - and by not having a message board, it drops to about an F.

Harsh critic, I guess.

Best wishes,

Rex

On viewing it, turns out it is travelocity.
Thank you.
